To support the challenges of the Children’s Workforce reform, this conversion degree has been developed to give you the opportunity to develop additional skills, knowledge, and competencies within the new integrated children’s services.
You will enhance your skills in critical analysis and research with the ability to recognize how that information can be interpreted and applied to future working situations. The program also provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in reflective practice and learn to work across professional and traditional boundaries, meeting the challenges of perpetual change.
To join this course, you should have completed a foundation degree in Integrated Practice (Early Years and Children or Young People), or other relevant foundation degree or DipHE, for example a DipHE in Nursing.
