The healthcare industry plays a crucial role in supporting the economy by maintaining the physical and mental health of the wider workforce. And it's growing: it's anticipated that around two million people will need to be trained and recruited before 2022. Todays health and social care organizations are exciting, complex, and varied, therefore, successful practitioners require innovation and resilience. Our course will offer you opportunities to use real-life case studies which draw on skills such as prioritization, negotiation, and care planning. Employers from the health and social care sector have been directly involved in the design and development of this course. Together, we explore the skill sets that employers are most interested in, and constantly ensure they are embedded within the course. Our lecturers also bring significant industry experience to their roles.
