The tasks of a quantity surveyor are challenging and varied. On our degree, youll gain a sound understanding of construction technology, management and economics. Youll act as financial advisor to your client or contractor, managing costs on construction sites and providing ideas and creative solutions for projects. Quantity surveyors are involved in the design and production of tenders and contracts. Youll learn how to manage this part of the process with an in-depth working knowledge of construction law.
