Course Overview

The new MSc in Culinary Innovation Management, jointly delivered by Birkbeck and Le Cordon Bleu London, is designed to develop future leaders in the culinary arts and hospitality industry. You will develop the professional skills required to undertake a wide range of roles in the culinary industry, including entrepreneurship; culinary arts and hospitality management; leadership, and innovation in the area of the food business. Graduates can pursue a range of careers in the culinary industry, including: product development operations management contract, travel, and public sector catering management positions in hospitality organizations education and food writing

General Eligibility

Our standard postgraduate entry requirement is a second-class honors degree (2:2 or above) from a UK university or an equivalent international qualification.
