This degree is most suitable for applicants with experience of working in public management or governance broadly defined, for example: national, regional and local governments and their partner organisations not-for profit bodies non-governmental organisations (NGOs) charities companies working with government consultancies think tanks research institutes campaigning organisations
We are looking for students with a good Honours Degree (2:1 or above) in a social science subject (including Business and Management) ideally with experience of working in government or in public policy more broadly. If you have not worked in public policy or administration you should use your personal statement to demonstrate your commitment to a career in public service and we will consider your application.
Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.
IELTS Overall score 6.5. No less than 6.0 in any section. TOEFL Overall score 90 with minimum scores of 21 for writing, 21 for listening, 22 for reading and 23 for speaking.
