Our Senior Leader Apprenticeship+ Operations Excellence MSc program has been designed in two parts. Part I enables students to gain an understanding of both general management functions, including team management, supply chain management, and business and manufacturing strategy, alongside specialist and advanced subjects related to practical factories, leading change in operations, technology management, operations assessment, and improvement, and innovation management.
