The M.S. Ed. in Students with Disabilities Generalist (7-12) prepares candidates to become knowledgeable, caring and inspiring teachers of special education students who are in the seventh through twelfth grades. This 30-credit degree prepares teacher candidates to create effective learning environments for students with a variety of disabilities and challenges. In this program, teacher candidates will learn various strategies and methodologies designed to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs, both in inclusion and self-contained classrooms.
