Course Overview

You explore a wide spectrum of topics ranging from the impact of computer games on crime to terrorism. This will be intertwined with the practical journalism component of this course; where you develop your skills in using multi-media channels such as radio, television, and online media and deepen your knowledge of journalism on an international scale.

During your final year, you will have the opportunity to bring all aspects of the course together in a final multimedia project on a subject linked to the criminology element of your studies.

General Eligibility

UK entry requirements

• A-levels: ABB, including oessay-basedsed subject

• BTEC: DDD, dependithe ng on subject studied - advice on acceptability can be provided.

• IB: 32 points or three Higher Level certificates with 655, including a Highessay-basedsay based subject grade 5.

• We are also happy to consider a combination of separate IB Diploma Programmes at both Higher aLevelsandard Level. Exact offer levels will vary depending on the range of subjects being taken at higher alevelsandard level, and the course applied for. • Access to HE Diploma: 15 level 3 credits at Distinction and 30 level 3 credits at Merit, depending on the subject studied - advice on acceptability can be provided.
