Course Overview

Discoveries in cell and molecular biology underpin most of what is known about cancer development. Analysis of alterations in diverse cell functions, including cell communication, cell division, cell metabolism, cell movement, genetic modifications, and gene expression, is central to our understanding of the disease and its treatment. This full-time postgraduate degree will provide you with cutting-edge knowledge and practical training in molecular and cell biology aspects that are required to understand the current approaches to cancer research.

General Eligibility

2:2 degree (or equivalent) in Biological Sciences or a related subject. We will also consider the appropriate experience in the industry.

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. If your first language is not English, you may need to prove your English ability. If you do not yet meet our requirements, our English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU) offers a range of courses to help you to improve your English to the necessary standard.
