The MSc in Forensic Biology will appeal to those interested in pursuing a career as a forensic practitioner. In particular, with specific interests within the field of biology. This MSc will appeal to students interested in a career in a forensic laboratory with a science or forensic science first degree.
This course focuses on the interpretational and critical thinking skills required to evaluate forensic evidence as a forensic practitioner.
This course is exclusively at the Cranfield campus, so no additional security clearance is required to attend campus. In addition, students will be able to use the brand-new facilities and equipment which form part of a significant investment in Cranfield Forensic Institute at Cranfield Campus.
A first or second-class honors degree or equivalent in archaeology, forensic science, scientific discipline, or the professional equivalent. Students with other degrees who can show a knowledge of and interest in the scientific elements of the subject will also be considered.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 6.5 overall and 5.5 in all skill components.
