Course Overview

Our Senior Leader Apprenticeship: Management and Leadership Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) program is delivered by the business advisory firm Grant Thornton. The program provides a distinctive and collaborative learning experience that develops students’ leadership and management capabilities enabling them to become reflective and evidence-based leaders of the future.

Businesses can use apprenticeship levy funding to develop employee management and leadership knowledge and skills cost-effectively, enabling them to apply best practices and be more effective within their organization. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of core business functions allowing them to show leading-edge insights and knowledge in various management areas and think more strategically about business and management.

On completing the apprenticeship program, which incorporates the Management and Leadership PgDip (Part I), successful students can progress onto the Management and Leadership MSc (Part II), which enables them to cement their learning and complete a significant work-based project within their organization. Graduates will have a deep understanding of contemporary business issues and a capacity to assume active leadership roles.

General Eligibility

We welcome applications from talented candidates from all backgrounds. Candidates usually are high potential, early-career managers with one to five years pouf Ost-qualification experience in any sector.

Candidates typically possess a first or second-class UK honors degree (or international equivalent). Alternatively, we will consider a professional qualification (such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and a minimum of five years’ post-qualification work experience. Other relevant qualifications, together with significant experience, may also be considered.

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• IELTS 6.5 overall and 5.5 in all skill components.
