Business Enterprise is about creating wealth, creativity and resourcefulness and exploiting change. This course is designed for students who want to start a new enterprise, those who want to take over the management of an existing business and those who are aiming for leadership positions.
Studying Hospitality & Tourism Management will prepare you for leadership roles in a dynamic industry which generates £5 billion for the Scottish economy and creates one in 10 jobs. You’ll have the skills to manage operations and business across various industries, including hospitality, tourism and events.
On graduating, you could apply for membership in professional bodies such as the Institute of Hospitality, the Institute of Travel & Tourism, the Tourism Society or the Royal Geographical Society.
