Course Overview

This degree will equip you with a range of valuable transferable skills that are attractive to employers.

You will have analytical and critical skills that allow you to form your own conclusions, and you’ll be a strong communicator who can present and defend your views effectively. You’ll be able to work independently and, in a team, – and you’ll have the organisational skills and self-reliance that come with managing two different subjects.

Graduates have achieved success in a variety of careers such as curating, publishing, law, journalism, advertising and marketing, civil service and education. Others have gone onto postgraduate study or further training.

A-level: AAB including A in English (Language, Literature or Language and Literature)

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Academic or IELTS for UKVI (United Kingdom Visas and Immigration) (Academic) or IELTS Online at 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in each component skill. Please note that we cannot accept results from these tests that are over two years old at the start date of the course you intend to study.

  TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test) or TOEFL iBT Home Edition at 80 overall with no less than 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking, and 19 in writing. Please note that we do not accept TOEFL My Best scores and we expect candidates to have met the relevant requirements from a single TOEFL test.
