General Eligibility

• > Hold a Level 3 qualification relevant to the subject the applicant wishes to teach.   

• > Be 19 years old as a minimum  

• > A keen interest in teaching and learning

Language Requirement

• GCSEs in English and Maths awarded at Level 2 or equivalent qualifications.   

  Applicants would be required to complete an initial assessment in English and Maths if they are unable to provide GCSEs or equivalent qualifications at Level 2.      

  Applicants are expected to be able to demonstrate English language comprehension at a level equivalent to IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 5.5 to be able to study Level 5 DET.
