Course Overview

Build on your existing knowledge, abilities and skills by developing a deeper understanding of development economics, sustainable economic growth and environmental valuation, whilst choosing modules and areas of interest to specialise in. You’ll develop the skills necessary for independent research and application in the area of development economics.

General Eligibility

A first or second-class honours degree from the UK or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification in a sciences or social sciences subject. Applicants must also have a good level of quantitative skills (eg a pre-university school qualification in mathematics).

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • IELTS (including IELTS Indicator) 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in R&W; 5.5 in S&L)

    TOEFL iBT 90 overall (with a minimum of 22 in R; 21 in W; 17 in L; 20 in S)
