Course Overview

In modern healthcare systems, leaders need to be able to influence and support a multicultural workforce and lead innovations and improvements within their area of practice. As a healthcare leader and manager, you need flexibility, adaptability, critical thinking, creativity and confidence to work within complex, interconnected and globally influenced healthcare environments.

You develop these skills, knowledge and behaviours required to embrace a global mindset and to lead and manage safe, high-quality and effective healthcare.

This course is not available to international applicants who require a visa under the UKVI Sponsored Student status.

General Eligibility

You must generally have an honours degree (2.2 classifications or above) in a health-related subject or in leadership or management.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of work permit weekly for international students.
