Project Management is essential for a company where time, scope, budget, and quality are of extreme importance. It is a growing profession and can lead you to a successful and fulfilling career with great prospects. Our course has been designed with this in mind and youll learn about the foundations of project management, the business environment and develop your skills in project management techniques to enable you to be able to manage the people, time, and financial resources that are required to deliver successful projects. During the course, youll learn to critically analyze business environments, including the economic, environmental, political, and sociological factors. Youll also consider these factors alongside their effects at local, national, and global levels on the strategy, behavior, and management of your organization.
