You will also look at how training and developing employees can add value to an organization, how investing in staff in this way builds increased commitment and enhances skills. Youll be given the opportunity to understand the professional skills needed in the HR industry and how to recruit and inspire staff. By looking at the larger picture, you can begin to understand how human resources fit into the wider business arena. We work closely with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and youll have the opportunity to achieve a CMI qualification in Management and Leadership through no additional study or assessment. Well give you the opportunity to work with our own HR professionals to create CVs and portfolios and hone those essential interview skills. Our aim is to help you to become as employable as possible within the HR arena.
