These courses prepare you to be a primary school teacher, resulting in the award of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE. Over one academic year, you are placed in two partnership schools where, under the tutelage of a mentor, you will develop your teaching practice. You will complete modules in Primary Studies, Education Studies, Primary Enhancement, and Professional Placements. Placements are available in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire and involve teaching both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Undergraduate degree (Level 6) at 2:1 or above, or equivalent
IELTS (Academic or UKVI): 6.5 overall, and a minimum of 5.5 in each component
