Your MSc International Business (MSc IB) is specifically designed to allow you to meet your future career aspirations. Open to graduates from any discipline, the degree will prepare learners upon graduation to either (i) successfully secure a leadership or management position within an international organization or (ii) enter the world ready to launch their own business or social enterprise.
The degree will ensure you hone your professional, analytical, and practical capabilities developing an international perspective for business on a journey of exploration guided by subject-specific experts and business practitioners. Your abilities will be enhanced through ‘augmented learning’ in which classroom-based teaching is supported by various learning tasks available through your virtual learning environment designed to help your independent learning. At all junctures, learning on the MSc IB emphasizes the ethical, social, and environmental responsibilities that should guide the behavior of all international organizations in the contemporary era.
Modules are taught and assessed using various active learning techniques. You are encouraged to take charge of your learning by engaging with academic knowledge and research, tutors, case studies, and peers.
Students would typically be expected to have or be predicted to have achieved a 2:2 (or NARIC equivalent) in any degree subject.
