Course Overview

You can choose from our broad range of corporate and commercial law modules which deal with issues relevant to the highly complex and dynamic corporate and commercial worlds. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of core issues relating to corporate law and corporate governance and intellectual property law. You'll focus on the structure and development of company law both in the United Kingdom and in an international context. You will also learn about the radical re-shaping of company law in the United Kingdom in 2006. This has impacted the reform of corporate law in the Commonwealth countries and other jurisdictions, which have modeled their corporate regimes on UK law.

General Eligibility

An honors degree in Law at lower second class or above Consideration will also be given to applicants with other academic backgrounds who explain clearly their motivation for undertaking the relevant LLM, outlining any relevant legal work experience
