Course Overview

This Master's degree is designed with aspiring and experienced teachers in mind. It will provide the tools and resources to enhance your teaching skills, reflect upon your professional practice and conduct your research in English Language Education.

During the course, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of professional competence and the theoretical implications of the practice of English Language Teaching. With an emphasis on integrating practice and theory, you will acquire expertise in approaches and techniques for teaching language to speakers of other languages and develop practical skills.

It accommodates early career teachers seeking a grounding in the core disciplines of TESOL and those with considerable experience hoping to consolidate or progress into specialist areas of expertise. The course can act as perfect preparation for anyone wishing to teach or undertake a teaching and pastoral role either internationally or in an independent educational setting within the UK.

General Eligibility

You will need to have obtained or be predicted to get, usually, an undergraduate honors degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent).

Part Time Work Details
