Course Overview

Business Economics focuses on economic concepts, theories, and principles. Learn how these are applied to various business activities inside businesses or organizations and across the wider business world. Youll develop a strong understanding of the role of marketing in todays multi-channel environment and how marketing fits into a wider organizational context. In order to become an effective marketer, and be able to allocate resources and tap into growth opportunities, you need to understand all economic factors relating to target markets, particularly around emerging markets. Our course combines both pure and application-driven mathematics. By the time you finish your degree, you will be able to use maths to solve practical problems. Computers are used extensively in modern maths and we will introduce you to various mathematical software preparing you for the industry.
