Course Overview

This BA (Hons) Fashion Media and Promotion degree are ideal for those looking to enter the fast-paced fashion world as a fashion communicator, media practitioner, or fashion promoter. The course has been tailored to help students find their own fashion signature and prepare them for a range of exciting roles within the fashion industry. Awarded by TEF Gold institute the University for the Creative Arts, this degree program will enable you to assess global shifts in fashion from a cultural, ethical, and technological viewpoint. There will also be a core focus on fashion media and promotional activities such as styling, photography and image-making, creative direction, conceptual installations and schemes, moving images, retail and marketing, events, shows, and curation. Additionally, the fashion communication and promotion aspect of this BA program will enhance your skills in engaging with specific audiences by looking at creative written content for digital and print platforms.

General Eligibility

The standard entry requirements for this course are one of the following:

64 new UCAS tariff points, see accepted qualifications

Merit, Pass, Pass at BTEC Extended Diploma

Pass at UAL Extended Diploma

64 new UCAS tariff points from an accredited Access to Higher Education Diploma in an appropriate subject

24 points from the International Baccalaureate, see more information about IB entry requirements

And four GCSE passes at grades A-C and/or grades 4-9 including English (or Functional Skills English/Key Skills Communication Level 2).

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
