Our Master's in Water, Waste and Environmental Engineering with Industrial Practice is ideal for graduates who are seeking managerial roles in engineering and manufacturing. This course gives you the skills to design and develop new concepts for water and waste that are environmentally friendly. It combines science, public health, and engineering, so you will develop the skills to cover the technical elements of natural and engineered environmental systems. You'll also learn to handle the full delivery process of engineered and natural water and earth resources, from the planning and design stage to construction and maintenance. The course includes a project and a one-year internship with a related employer in the field, allowing you to put your learning into practice and gain vital career skills.
An appropriate recognized bachelor's degree 2.2 or above in engineering (civil, chemical, mechanical, environmental, industrial, and agricultural) and/or natural and physical sciences, or an equivalent qualification. Students without a first degree, but with professional and vocational experience (e.g. incorporated engineer, chartered scientist, or chartered environmentalist status) may be considered if they demonstrate the potential to succeed on the course.
An English language level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
