This program provides the opportunity to gain membership or Chartered Fellow status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). CIPD membership gives you the opportunity to connect with like-minded HR professionals through online communities and local branch events. Network with fellow senior members and debate solutions for todays changing business needs. By choosing this course youll be able to develop your knowledge and skills in core areas of human resource management (HRM) to help you start or advance your career as an HR professional. The course can also enhance your expertise in professional activities related to employee resourcing, employee development, employment relations, and employment law. You will gain experience in practical problem-solving informed by up-to-date research. Applicants are usually expected to have (or be predicted to obtain) a 2:1 honours degree in psychology or psychology and a second subject Applications will also be considered from students who hold a 2:1 honours degree from a relevant but non-psychology based course
