Demographic changes, greater patient expectations, rising healthcare costs and the growing prevalence of chronic disease – to meet these challenges we urgently need more efficient clinical systems as well as decisive and innovative healthcare leadership.
Delivered jointly by the triple-accredited Birmingham Business School and the long-established Health Services Management Centre, our Online MBA Clinical Leadership takes a truly interdisciplinary approach. As well as the core MBA curriculum, you’ll study three specialised, healthcare-focused modules: clinical leadership; governance, policy and regulation; and digital health.
The flexible, online programme will enable you to communicate with and lead clinical experts effectively, work with policy and strategic changes, and understand the value of innovative care delivery models and advanced digital technology.
