This course will develop your knowledge and skills in core areas of human resource management (HRM) to help you start or further your career as an HR professional. The course will also enhance your expertise in professional activities related to employee resourcing, employee development, employment relations, and employment law. Entry qualifications are normally either a degree in a business-related subject with a minimum of a good honors degree (2.2 or above) or a CIPD Foundation or Advanced Certificate or Diploma with appropriate experience. Non-graduates who possess either a CIPD Foundation or Intermediate qualification or equivalent is encouraged to apply.
If English is not your first language, an IELTS score of 6.0 (including a minimum of 5.5 in each component) or equivalent is required if applicable.
