The MBA Business Administration (Resilience) is part of a brand new suite of MBAs, designed to provide leadership and management skills across the areas of Aviation, Environment, Executive, and Resilience.

The University of the Highlands and Islands MBA suite has been developed using insight from employers on skills necessary for executives operating in a challenging global environment, an environment where striving for growth and opportunity is based on ethical behavior, appreciation of diversity, and ability to adapt to the demands of a fast-changing world.

The program will develop your theoretical knowledge, practical wisdom, strategic managerial, and personal skills essential for successful career enhancement in organizations with a global outlook. Our MBA programs aim to provide you with the comprehensive knowledge, skill set, and understanding required to enable you to become a senior manager or to enhance your career progression to a higher level.

General Eligibility

  • Successful completion of PGCert Resilience Leadership and Management

  • It is desirable that you have some post-study work experience

  • You will be asked to give us academic references before you can enroll and, where appropriate, provide employer references

  • You may be asked to undertake a short piece of assessment work

Part Time Work Details

20 hours work permit for international students

Language Requirement

  • Applicants must have an IELTS score- 6.5 or equivalent

    English (PTE) Academic-62 average with 55 in each component

    TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) iBT4-Min 88 or above with min 20 in each section
