During the degree, you will engage with the communication of contemporary global fashion market issues, challenges, opportunities, and needs, in creative, collaborative ways through project work leading to presentations, case studies, visual displays of branding, and branding solutions, and graphic communication. Students can have their work featured in end-of-year exhibitions and the city center gallery. At Chester, you will prepare yourself for the competitive demands of the global fashion marketplace as you become a 21st-century thinker with an individual visual language. You will study a range of fashion-related disciplines, providing theoretical and technical knowledge to develop appropriate and relevant communication solutions for fashion brands and markets. You may be introduced to create graphic communication software and to fundamental principles of graphic design and typographic layout to enable the professional production of communication solutions.
