Course Overview

This innovative course - the first of its kind in the country - has been created to support the development of a new generation of sports coaches, dedicated to the principles of inclusive sport. With highly experienced staff, a host of inclusive sports facilities, and forward-thinking teaching methods, this program covers core principles of sports coaching such as coaching pedagogy and practice, as well as more bespoke areas linked with coaching disabled athletes. Worcester is the home of inclusive sport, with the award-winning University of Worcester Arena - the UK's first sports facility designed to be accessible to both wheelchair and able-bodied athletes alike and an official Paralympic training venue.
