This Joint Honours course allows you to study a range of educational theories and approaches while exploring literature from the Early Modern period to the present day. At the same time, you'll develop transferable skills that will boost your employability. Education Studies at Worcester allows will teach you about the development of modern education and how education differs across the world. You'll also learn about education from diverse settings, from Forest Schools to the inner city, and from young minds to lifelong learning. Studying English Literature you will explore an ethical approach to the subject, relating the study of literature to significant contemporary themes such as environmentalism, social justice, gender equality, and disability inclusion.
