Course Overview

When you graduate you will have the confidence to take on any role in musical theatre. We will teach you to think on your feet and solve problems. These skills are essential for a creator of performances. In this course, you will focus on practical performance. You will also explore the theory of music, theatre, and dance. With your classmates, you will reflect on performance practices in musical theatre. You will evaluate them and work to develop new, creative ways to devise performances. It is a chance to improve your critical thinking and communication abilities. This will prepare you for your career and life beyond university.
