Course Overview

Learn to make powerful, effective media products that connect with their target audience on a course that focuses your creativity and gives you the technical skills to bring your ideas to life.

The course offers work-based learning with a focus on engaging with clients while you develop your skills in production through practical video assignments, simulations and work placements. You also build your knowledge of current practices; explore the history of media; and examine how cultural, economic and political factors influence media production.

General Eligibility

We will consider you as an individual and take into account all elements of your application, not just your qualifications. We are looking for breadth and depth in your current studies and enthusiasm for the subject you wish to study.

A Foundation Degree will be of particular interest if you have completed a Modern Apprenticeship, vocational A levels, BTEC National or equivalent.

Foundation Degrees are also particularly suitable if you want to qualify while working.

As a guideline, a typical offer would require you to obtain a UCAS tariff score of between 32-48 points, based on your level 3 studies.

Part Time Work Details
