A Level pathways are designed to prepare you for higher education and beyond, be it a degree, research or a wide range of careers. In year one you will study the AS specification and take exams in May/June. If successful, you will progress to year two and complete the full A-level. These are taken from the AQA exam board. In this course, you will develop an understanding of how history has shaped current events and develop the ability to critique a range of historical perspectives and readings, as well as to develop rational thinking and put that into words.
You will need 5 curriculum GCSEs grades 4 or above, two must be at grade 6 and include GCSE English language.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 5.5; Reading and writing must be at 5.5
