Course Overview

Effective management requires strong leadership—and the keys to strong leadership stretch beyond just business sense. The best leaders value people first, but leading teams and organizations to reach goals and achieve success requires more than an orientation toward people. You must inspire, motivate and persuade others to acquire the strategic vision of the organization and work together in pursuit of that mission.

Though some leadership skills are innate, others are learned. That’s why Lipscomb University offers a Strategic Leadership program for aspiring leaders who want to meet business objectives through sound management and decision making. General Eligibility

Business Core (52 hours*) and Other Required Courses for B.B.A. Degree.

Credit Hours:

30 credits in assessment center simulation toward this 126-hour degree.

Graduate Student: one who has satisfied all admissions requirements (average of 2.75 on undergraduate work, GRE acceptable scores).

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
