Course Overview

Our MSc Mobile Web Development is fully accredited by the British Computer Society and is designed to meet the demands of the increasing use of mobile devices to provide applications and services to users and enterprises. The MSc is both careers- and practically focused; you will spend a large proportion of class time in computing laboratories engaging with the appropriate tools and acquiring practical knowledge. You will learn how to develop applications for mobile devices and software that adapts to various platforms on which they run, especially smartphones. You will develop your design and development skills and position yourself to target employment opportunities in software development for the mobile web.

General Eligibility

You will normally possess a second-class Honours degree, or equivalent, in one of the following disciplines: Science Engineering Computing Technology Applicants with appropriate professional experience and/or qualifications will be considered.
