Course Overview

Learn how to manage health and safety in the workplace with UWSs BSc (Hons) Occupational Safety & Health program. Youll study a range of topics appropriate to modern approaches to occupational health and safety, including legal systems; safety management systems; risk assessment; risk reduction; risk control techniques; fostering a safe and healthy work culture in the workforce; environmental management; and health and wellbeing. On completion of this program, you will be eligible to apply for membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (Grad IOSH). The IOSH membership grade awarded will be dependent on your qualifications and work experience.
