Course Overview

Issues such as child abuse, cybercrime, human trafficking, modern slavery, and smuggling are high on the global agenda. Protecting vulnerable children and adults from exploitation often involves working collaboratively across international borders with multiple agencies €“ from the police to the judiciary, customs and excise, and internet service providers. The aim of this course is to help you become a safeguarding specialist who is socio-politically aware, adaptable, and responsive in recognizing international safeguarding issues. Its an ideal professional development opportunity for any whos involved in the protection of people in a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency working environment.
