Course Overview

Our Forensic Science MSc is designed for both graduate students and forensic practitioners. Youll develop theoretical knowledge and practical application of the key aspects of the subject. Youll study the recovery and processing of a variety of evidence types found at crime scenes in detail, as well as the evaluation and presentation of that evidence in a legal context. After completing six taught modules youll undertake a three-module research project to develop your research skills. A diverse range of projects is available, both within the University and through external placements.€¯

Applicants should hold at least a 2:2 degree or equivalent in a related field Formal qualifications may not be required if you can demonstrate appropriate professional experience Applications from all candidates will be considered on their merits in the light of the nature and scope of the program and if they have experience in the sports industry A detailed admissions procedure will be forwarded on the application
