Quantity Surveyors offer expert advice on construction costs and procurement options and provide a range of services spanning the whole of the Built Environment. With the goal of 20% energy reduction by 2020, the EU's Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) has a huge impact on the construction industry. Youll take a deep dive into sustainability as an inherent part of the whole life cycle of a building.
