Course Overview

Foundation Entry degree courses are designed for students who have the ability to study for a degree but dont have the necessary formal qualifications to directly enter their chosen Honours degree programme. This course will equip you with the principles and concepts of engineering, underpinned by sound knowledge and understanding of scientific principles. Work in the broad area of civil engineering or specialise either as a structural engineer, environmental engineer or geotechnical engineer. Youll be taught by research-informed teaching staff working at the top of their profession and benefit from state-of-the-art laboratories and digital teaching facilities within the Universitys Engineering Innovation Centre.€¯
