Course Overview

Youll gain an understanding of how to apply physics to the stars and galaxies which make up our universe, whilst developing skills in scientific methods. Through our well-resourced observatory and laboratory facilities, youll develop a sophisticated practical and theoretical knowledge base during your BSc (Hons) Astrophysics course. Foundation Entry degree courses are ideal if youve got the ability to study for a degree, but dont have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an honors program. Its a great stepping stone to a full degree.

UCAS: 64 points including 32 from A Level or AS Level Maths and Physics BTEC Extended Diploma: MPP and AS Maths and Physics BTEC Diploma: MM in Physical Sciences or any BTEC with AS Maths C Pass Access Course: 64 points International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 64 points from Higher Level subjects and Higher Level Maths or Physics
