Course Overview

Our Applied Science program offers an ideal route into scientific study at the degree level. With a mix of modules covering biology, chemistry, maths, and physics, together with the practical skills for working in the lab, it offers all the essential knowledge and understanding youll need to step into year one of your course. Its a course designed to give you an interesting and stimulating grounding in science, with expert support from our teaching staff. Youll have the chance to get hands-on with the latest equipment in our modern laboratory facilities, learning how to formulate and test hypotheses, analyze results, prepare reports and work safely in the laboratory €“ in short, how to apply the theory and practice of science.
