Course Overview

The MSc in Nursing is an accelerated nursing course leading to registration as an adult or mental health nurse. Nursing is a rewarding and challenging career that can offer you a wealth of opportunities once you have qualified. As an autonomous registered nurse, in either the Adult or Mental Health field of practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside people experiencing changes to their health and wellbeing. On successful completion of the program, you will be eligible to register your qualification with the NMC and practice as a registered nurse within your chosen field.

General Eligibility

For the MSc Nursing (Adult/ Mental Health) you will hold a Bachelor's degree with Honours at a 2:1 in any subject or a 2:2 in a health-related subject, such as Biological Sciences, Psychology, or Public Health.
