During the course, students will be introduced to key principles in the fields of numeracy, materials, mechanics, construction technology, and health and safety. As the course progresses, learning will focus on the more specialized areas of surveying, geotechnics, and structural analysis.
16 points minimum from either 6-unit or 3-unit awards plus GCSE/O Level grade 4 (previously grade C) or above to include English and Maths or BTEC/Edexcel Advanced GNVQ or National Certificate Diploma in a Building/Construction related discipline or relevant Access course or other qualifications that are considered to be equivalent to the above.
IELTS minimum 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each individual component_x000D_ TOEFL IBT minimum 80 with a minimum of 20 in each individual component_x000D_ Duolingo English Language Test - 100 overall with a minimum of 90 in each component_x000D_ or equivalent.
