Course Overview

Designed for those with a desire to understand and enhance physical education and sporting experiences for young people €“ this course will provide the ideal stepping stone for recent graduates wishing to diversify their knowledge, as well as current practitioners working in schools or within the field of youth sport. As part of your course youll: Build a critical understanding of the contemporary practice Apply different models and theories to develop expertise in creating inclusive PE and youth sport settings Promote lifelong engagement in physical activity to a range of individuals and communities The Carnegie School of Sport at Leeds Beckett University has delivered high-quality sport and physical education courses for more than 80 years. As a student, youll be taught by a small team of academics internationally renowned in their field.

General Eligibility

Applicants should have at least a second class honours degree in a relevant field including Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Economics, Marketing, Environmental Management, Ecology, Development, Cultural Heritage Management, Project Management or Planning. Applicants who do not meet the academic entry requirements will be expected to have equivalent experience and training from a relevant work environment.
