Course Overview

This course explores project management as a generic professional discipline. Project management is an important facet of organizations across all sectors and industries. This course will provide you with the skills to be able to manage the people, time, and financial resources that are required to deliver successful projects. You will enhance your knowledge of the principles, roles, and techniques of project management, and you will learn how to use project management software. You will also develop a range of transferable business skills, including the ability to work effectively with others, knowledge of how to use contemporary digital technologies, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
