Course Overview

Gaining a subject specialism will make you highly sought after by prospective employers. As well as yearly school experiences, our modules take a theory-into-practice approach which will enable you to work creatively with children in a range of settings. One way that that youll be taught is through a problem-based learning approach. This means less reliance on lectures, and youll learn in the way you may in turn teach your class at school. For example, youll be given real-life problems to solve, such as how you would fill the walls of a year 1 classroom, and what you would hope to achieve through your choices.
