Course Overview

Go beyond the everyday management of a business and learn how to lead people and develop their talent. As part of your course youll: Learn how to take a strategic point of view and be the driving force behind a business See all the elements of a business and how to effectively manage and lead them - both within your organization and your supply chain Be taught by staff with plenty of leadership experience, as well as those who have studied the subject academically to a Doctor of Business Leadership level Youll be taught by staff with the high-level leadership experience that will aid and inform your learning and youll have access to guest lectures by industry visitors. Previous speakers have included John Timpson CBE, owner of Timpsons Shoe Repairs, and barrister, politician, and human rights activist Baroness Shami Chakrabarti.
